About the Role
Mobilicom, a NASDAQ-listed technology company, is seeking a Head of Corporate & Investor Relations to lead and manage the company’s investor relations strategy and execution.
This role will serve as the central owner and coordinator of all investor-facing activities, working closely with senior management and external partners to ensure consistent, compliant, and proactive communication with the investment community.
The company’s investor base and capital markets activity are primarily U.S.-based, and the CEO is located in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations Strategy & Ownership
  • Define, manage, and execute the company’s IR roadmap and annual work plan (monthly / quarterly / annual cadence)
  • Own and coordinate all IR-related activities in accordance with NASDAQ public company standards
  • Act as the primary point of contact for investors, including institutional investors, family offices, HNW individuals, and retail investors
  • Serve as the primary interface with the sell-side (investment banks, analysts, hedge funds)
Investor Engagement & Market Presence
  • Lead engagement with existing investors and support new investor outreach and coverage development
  • Coordinate non-deal roadshows, investor meetings, and investor calls
  • Identify, manage, and participate in relevant investor conferences and forums
  • Manage ongoing investor communications, inquiries, and follow-ups
Communications, Disclosure & Compliance
  • Manage the full lifecycle of market communications (drafting, coordination, review, and release), in collaboration with senior management, external IR advisors, and U.S. legal counsel
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance of all investor-facing communications
  • Centralize and document investor communications to prevent selective disclosure
Platforms, Tools & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Own and manage IR platforms and tools (e.g., Get Irwin)
  • Oversee IR website content and updates (with third-party providers)
  • Coordinate with Marketing and external IR partners on investor-related campaigns (corporate milestones, product launches, partnerships)
  • Manage and coordinate third-party IR service providers (digital campaigns, web interviews, PR/IR vendors)
Ad-Hoc & Strategic Support
  • Support ad-hoc investor-related initiatives as needed
  • Provide management with structured investor feedback and market insights
Requirements & Experience
  • Background in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Corporate Strategy
  • Strong understanding of how institutional investors and funds evaluate public companies
  • Experience with small-cap / micro-cap public companies — strong advantage
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Executive presence and ability to represent a technology company with credibility
  • Willingness to travel periodically (primarily U.S.)
Location & Work Model
  • Remote role, U.S.-based
  • East Coast–based candidates preferred to align with investor and market activity
  • Candidates from other U.S. regions are welcome, provided they can operate effectively within U.S. East Coast business hours
