About the Role

Mobilicom is looking for Pre-Sale Engineer to join a fast-growing company operating in the defense, drones and autonomous systems space.

The company develops advanced communication and cybersecurity solutions for mission-critical platforms used by global customers and leading system integrators.

The role combines deep technical understanding with hands-on pre-sale activities, working closely with sales teams and customers on RF-based communication solutions and Mobilicom’s cybersecurity software.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical aspects of the sales process across Israel, Europe and the US
  • Work closely with sales teams in customer-facing engagements
  • Lead technical discussions, presentations, and evaluations with customers and partners
  • Prepare and respond to RFI/RFPs and develop technical proposals
  • Translate customer requirements into tailored technical solutions
  • Analyze and support RF link feasibility based on customer needs
  • Support the integration and technical aspects of Mobilicom’s cybersecurity solutions in customer engagements
  • Support demos, POCs, and technical evaluations
  • Collaborate with R&D, Product and Customer Success teams
  • Provide technical support in early deployment stages when needed

Requirements – Must Have

  • Strong hands-on experience in RF, wireless communication and networking – mandatory
  • 3–7 years of experience in Pre-Sale / Sales Engineering / System Engineering
  • Proven experience with RFI/RFP processes and technical proposals
  • Strong understanding of RF systems and wireless communication
  • Experience working closely with sales teams
  • Experience working with global customers (US, Europe)
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
