Role Overview

Mobilicom develops mission-critical communication and cybersecurity solutions for drones, robotics and autonomous platforms.

Mobilicom is seeking a hands-on, execution-driven and commercially strong sales leader to drive the company’s growth across EMEA.

This role focuses on building and expanding Mobilicom’s presence in the defense, UAV, robotics and autonomous systems markets across Europe, working closely with defense integrators, OEMs, distributors and strategic partners.

We are looking for a strong commercial builder and hunter with a proven ability to generate opportunities, build pipeline, win new customers and drive measurable business growth in competitive markets.

The position requires a highly commercial and resilient leader who combines strategic thinking with strong day-to-day execution.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build and expand Mobilicom’s commercial activity across EMEA
    • Drive new business opportunities and lead complex sales cycles from early engagement to closing
    • Develop and manage relationships with defense customers, integrators, OEMs, distributors and strategic partners
    • Personally lead strategic customer engagements and key business opportunities across the region
    • Build and execute regional go-to-market and channel strategies
    • Create and manage a strong commercial pipeline with clear accountability and forecasting
    • Lead RFP/RFI processes and technical-commercial proposals across regional markets
    • Work closely with technical, product and delivery teams to support customer requirements and market feedback
    • Support customer evaluations, trials, demonstrations and strategic engagements
    • Represent Mobilicom at industry events, exhibitions and customer meetings across EMEA
    • Provide ongoing market intelligence, competitive analysis and customer insights

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of hands-on B2B sales experience in defense-tech, UAV, RF communications, autonomous systems or related industries
    • Relevant background and strong technical understanding of RF communications, UAV/drone technologies, embedded cybersecurity or integrated defense systems – required
    • Proven track record of generating revenue growth and closing strategic deals
    • Proven experience building markets, channels or regional sales activity across Europe / EMEA
    • Strong hunting, lead generation and new logo acquisition capabilities
    • Proven ability to build pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue
    • Experience working in small to mid-size companies and fast-moving environments
    • Strong understanding of defense procurement and long sales cycles
    • Experience managing RFP/RFI responses and technical-commercial proposal processes
    • Experience selling complex hardware/software systems
    • Experience working with OEMs, Tier 1 / Tier 2 integrators and defense ecosystem partners
    • Ability to manage complex technical and commercial discussions
    • Strong relationship-building and customer-facing skills
    • Fluent English required
    • Additional European languages – advantage
    • Willingness to travel frequently across EMEA
